Stanford Valley Country Lodge is proud to be a member of the Walker Bay Fynbos Conservancy, created by a group of committed landowners to working together to conserve over 20 000 hectares of threatened lowland fynbos. Braided through the mountains are well-marked trails, ideal to walk, run or cycle.
Aside from exploring the farm, there is much to do within easy striking distance – browse antique shops in the quaint village of Stanford, wine tastings, river cruises, farmers market… after a busy day exploring, return to real tranquility. Settle into your cottage verandah to watch the skies turn pink, then darken to reveal the stars…
