The 440ha of Stanford Valley Farm is situated on the eastern slopes of the Klein Rivier Valley. 250 hectares of our farm are part of a Nature Conservancy and are covered in a wide variety of fynbos – including a very rare Erica Shannonea.
Our water comes from a mountain spring at the back of the farm and feeds several dams. We are able to use this water for all our requirements without the need to add any chemicals. The light brown color of our water is the result of the fynbos tannin… it is as good and fresh as it gets, perfectly healthy to drink!
